India lo degree chesadu.. UK ki velli Hotel management chesadu.. akkade hotel management related job chesadu 5 yrs after studies tarwata visa problems valla back to india.. Now doing MBA in india.. Inko semester ayithe ayipotadi MBA.. India lo entha job try chesina asalu ravatle bcpz profile valla.. chala background check untadi kada fake pettina kuda.. H1 emanna apply cheyochaaa? or risk antara?

IT ayithe there are many companies where there is minimal BC....edoka tech baaga nerchukuni interview crack chesthe saripothundi...BC is never a problem....but not to try for tier 1 companies

only prob is he has to hide the passport....if experience is claimed in India...

If experience is claimed from UK then it would be even better..I would suggest the second option
