 I am following old city politics since past 25 years as I grew up in asif nagar area, the only way MIM can be defeated or say chances of defeating is if there is another popular force with in muslims, the one that came close was MTB which was a stanch enemy of MIM and the muslim votes were divided and then Baddam Bal Reddy of BJP was hoping to win it for the first time but unfortunately he lost all 3 times, since MTB vanished now and so do Bal Reddy there is almost no chance now because although hindu population makes up for 60% but is divided among so many Hindu parties/conmtestants who contest from there.
