I agree konni saarlu tensions lo unnappudu em telidu, but anta happy unnappudu cool ga andaru untaaru... Problems lo unnappudu kuda cool ga unteney adi manchidi.... so think twice before you act and take suggestions before you do anything... good luck to all this new year man...

India nunchi 55K per annum ki work cheyadaniki vasthaaru .. Iam giving them a headsup on hows the life going to be here ... I told them not to pay full money for H1b and explained them about h1b employee rights.. employer ee rakam cheat cheyachu .. naakunna knowledge padhi mandhi tho share chesukunna.. nenu money loose ayinattu inka evaru kaakudadu ani cheppa... atleast i saved few guys from being cheated ... i request you all to do the same...
