gargicau Posted January 4, 2015 Report Posted January 4, 2015 1000 + 14.5% vat + 4.95% vat technically only 4.95% applies to that 1000rs bill.. service tax is only for the service provided. I'm sure that service tax isn't in the restaurant's books :) it won't go to the government.
