ben77 Posted January 4, 2015 Report Posted January 4, 2015 @loveindia, @INDIAN: Hi Just need some info. I'm an Aus citizen (will receive my passport in about 1-2 months) interested to emigrate to US on E3 visa. So, do we have any E3 visa holders in our Db. Kind regards, Yes, what info u need?
Sydney Posted January 5, 2015 Report Posted January 5, 2015 Yes, what info u need? Hello BMW, Couple of questions running through my mind. Is it risky to apply E3 visa as soon as I receive my passport or do u suggest me to wait at least 2 months after receiving passport? Does these kind of factors effect visa outcome? Plz share ur opinion about leaving Aus to US(migrating). Is it a +ve move? Thanks in advance

Sydney Posted January 5, 2015 Report Posted January 5, 2015 I dont know about ppl in db but I personally know people with aus citizenship.. what do you want man Working on E3, is it complicated like H1? for ex: I'm aware that one cannot change employer while on e3. And also, regarding ur Aus colleagues are they going to change from e3 to h1 for GC process as I'm aware e3 is not dual intent. I'm in dilemma whether I'm taking a right move leaving Aus to US. Thanks in advance man
