loveindia Posted January 5, 2015 Report Posted January 5, 2015 Working on E3, is it complicated like H1? for ex: I'm aware that one cannot change employer while on e3. And also, regarding ur Aus colleagues are they going to change from e3 to h1 for GC process as I'm aware e3 is not dual intent. I'm in dilemma whether I'm taking a right move leaving Aus to US. Thanks in advance man They are in e3 and they don't want us citizenship at all.. E3 is almost gc man.. but y do u want to lose a us citizenship .. given between us and aus I will choose.. just come in e3 and work here.. you can change employer also, who gives you offer letter.. np at all..

I thought it might be pain in the neck every time when I want to renew e3 for every 2 years. did ur colleagues experienced smooth renewal unlike h1 stamping headaches. thanks
