sattipandu Posted January 4, 2015 Report Posted January 4, 2015 yep curdled blood cut into pieces & fried curry goat brain just like egg bhurji but creamy and buttery head ni roast chesi very light gravy chesthaaru that too goat balls are called kapura , de-skinned cesaka curry chestharu with onions and tomatoes all intestines after rinsed washed and again rinsed washed are boiled in salt water then, chopped to small bits and then deep fried to crisp and mixed with dry masala as snack for mandu babulu
