F1 Visa Stamping On Opt Status

I am on F1 visa now, converted it from B1/B2 to F1 in 2011 and haven't appeared for stamping since then. 

My OPT expires on May 13th 2015. It's my younger brother's wedding on the 30th January 2015.

If I have to visit India, how do I go about it. I have no stamping done on my F1 visa since 2011.

Should I apply for another university to get i20 and go for India and get it stamped there?

H1 kuda apply cheyali April 2015 lo. India ki velli vache chances unnaya? Vachina H1 apply cheyocha?

Adviced only after h1 man.. if you go you have very slim to nothing chances of getting a visa... with h1 your mileage may vary... good luck.. sad for you for missing the wedding..
