if iam using a phone with whatsapp installed and registered in whatsapp with that number and later i got a new phone with a new number......and not at all using my old number(say its discontinued)..so the person who gets this new number will automatically get all the groups and msgs i've in my profile?

once you get new number u have to use 'change number' it will automatically register with new number and kicks out old
