And happy ga tinestuna

And also green tea and black coffee kuda anthe pedha ebandi padakunda happy ga tagestunanu

Ede 5 mnts back na valla ayedi kadhu
These are helping me to maintain my weight

yeah. ala anukunt.e.. oats with fat thakkuva milk, nuts, cinnamon power little,, raw brown sugar tho combi chala baagutnundhi...

Oats my dinner man..thrice a week...]]

 

konni Oats...koncham vedi chesi pakkana pettukoval...

 

Saute chopped Onions, Carrots, Green Peas, any nuts if u need crunchy ness...in some olive oil..

 

put spices whcih ever u want...and fry them for a while.

 

pour water in it..wait until boiling..and put Oats in them...cook for 5 min...done...
