Darshwana Posted January 6, 2015 Report Posted January 6, 2015 okadi meedha permanent restraining order vundhi....usa lo... under Domestic Violence norms... dhani mulana vadi ki pade effect enti... can he come to india without any hassle? if yes, can he go back to usa without any issues? if his green card is in processing... will it have any effect...? if he got gc and trying for citizenship... what effect will it have...? can that restraining order be used by his wife in any way (law prakaram) in usa and india, to teach him a lesson? plz answer all questions if u know ans... thanks in advance...

And wt do u mean by " can the order be used by his wife"..? vadu impotent anta man... aa ammayini full torture chesevadanta... elano baita padi thana life thanu leading.. but he is not giving divorce to her.. society lo aduguthar ga pelli gurinchi... india lo trails lo vundhi...but indian judicial system thelsindhega... recent ga vadu aa ammayi ni trace chesi attack cheyabothe aame neighbour police ki call chesadu... ala case trail ki vellindhi and after listening to both versions... judge granted order in her favour subjecting him to psychiatric tests... so legal ga ela anna use cheskovacha ani thinking aa ammayi... she is my frens sister... so thats all the details i know... nka ekkuva dtls ante idea ledhu...

Restraning order what are the do's and don'ts ani mention chestaaru gaa, if he does any single one of the don'ts then he will be in trouble else nothing....

If at all she has all the proofs that he is impotant n a bad guy n if srh feel she has nuting to do with the relation ,she suld have hired a good divorce lawyer.she culd have been free by now without all this fuss.
