Darshwana Posted January 6, 2015 Author Report Posted January 6, 2015 If at all she has all the proofs that he is impotant n a bad guy n if srh feel she has nuting to do with the relation ,she suld have hired a good divorce lawyer.she culd have been free by now without all this fuss. marriage ayina 1 month ke torture petti india ki pampesadanta man... she still tried to reconcile as she has sisters ..society lo emanukuntaro ani koncham alochinchidhita... later she went back to usa on her own and this guy went after her... judge adhe annaduta... years back jarigina events ki ippudu proof ledhu but the fact that he tried to attack again gives court enough reason to issue an order ani... moreover witness kuda court kochi sakhsyam cheppadu... that when he was approaching him... he hid in the car and gave unlinked answers and fled the scene ani... she can file for a divorce... but thanadhi travelling job... and konni states ki konni rules vuntayita kadha that u have to stay for particular period of time in a location so that u can file for divorce... so aa logistics addu vasthunayi right now...

If u r an immigrant n married outside the USA,u suld register ur marriage here before u file a divorce here n this all depends from state to state n most of the us courts don't take this cases unless one in the relation Is a citizen of USA.so whatever she wanted to she,she better deal it within India .
