In USA if he is already harrased the girl and also attacked her, he should be charged under more than one offence. But why he is not charged yet ? When you say attacked, is the lady injured or the attack is part of entanglement that continued in to a deep and heavy conversation which ended in altercation? so to put the mentioned details to prosecute this ameaturely by DB folks, there seems the husband is only kept to resentment for either 1. The allegations made by the wife are not strong enough and she wants divorce from him, the strong reason it appears she added is his impotency. 2. And also adding to lack of his impotency she is also treated unfairly. If these two are already proven she should be happily divorced by now. Any reason she still unable to get a divorce ?? Husband cannot stop in getting a divorce unless there is something he had strong hold of against these allegations. This is the best genuine answer anyone can provide with genuine facts that are provided.
