walking/yoga (aimed at pregnant women) manchindhi... but consult doctor before u try to do any type of exercise / yoga...

My wife is carrying second time now..Tips as below.

 

 

1)She can do her regular work depending on her comfort zone.

2)Prenatals + FOlic + Iron tablets must

3)Regular check ups with you gyne

4)Good Exercise 

 

First 3 months crucial.. First and alst trimesters are tough ..second is the easy one..No chapthi please..

They need extra carbs + Fiber where rice has plenty..they need to add more calories to diet thanr regular way..

Hello friends,

 

Firstly, nenu US lo untanu and my wife is carrying ( just got the confirmation yesterday from healthcare centers)  can seniors suggest me some food diet , em food thinalo for the first trimester, exercise ( any videos ), em ayyina websites unnaya desi's ki ..............na situation diferent ga undi so though i could get some suggestions from all my mates from DB.

 

- Maa parents one month back vellaru india and not sure whether they can come now and maa wife valla parents ki visa ledu and unna kuda possibility ledu due to health issues

- Should i send my wife to India ? if yes, do i have to send her right away for the next 8 months or shall i wait for couple of months and then send ....kani ikkada docter visits ayyi ayyipothayi kada soo will it be a problem again?

- Baby US lo born ayyithe apart from Citizenship inka em ayyina benifits unnaya? india best antara?

- Ippudu india ki pampesi 7th month lo ikkadiki rapinchukonaa along with my parents or india lone birth isthe better aa??

First 3 weeks chaala careful ga undandi...  maximum rest theesukomanu....  sometimes depend on women,  kontha mandhiki emi bleeding kaaadhu kontha mandhiki chaala bleeding avthaayeee... so panic avvasaramu ledhu...  subchorionic hemorrhage common for women...

 

Try to avoid  tea, coffee and heat generated food.

 

veeli aithe malli parents ni pilupinchuko...or else mee inlaws visa apply cheyyamanu.....ikkada neeeku doctors availability untundhii anytime.... mee wife ki help avthundhii if evvaraina unte...

 

every 2 weeks ki ultra sound ki vellandi...regular ga baby growth and size thelusukondi.... 6 weeks ki heart beat vasthundhiii..idhi chala imp...

 

exercise avoid cheyyandi...not now.....   baby heart beat imp so maximum rest...emaina doubts unte PM me
