First 3 weeks chaala careful ga undandi...  maximum rest theesukomanu....  sometimes depend on women,  kontha mandhiki emi bleeding kaaadhu kontha mandhiki chaala bleeding avthaayeee... so panic avvasaramu ledhu...  subchorionic hemorrhage common for women...

 

Try to avoid  tea, coffee and heat generated food.

 

veeli aithe malli parents ni pilupinchuko...or else mee inlaws visa apply cheyyamanu.....ikkada neeeku doctors availability untundhii anytime.... mee wife ki help avthundhii if evvaraina unte...

 

2 weeks ki ultra sound ki vellandi...regular ga baby growth and size thelusukondi.... 6 weeks ki heart beat vasthundhiii..idhi chala imp...

 

exercise avoid cheyyandi...not now.....   baby heart beat imp so maximum rest...emaina doubts unte PM me 

 

agreed with that...daniki tension padakudadu..

 

eat lot of fiber food...and try to drink half cup of Prune Juice daily...it will avoid Hemorroids....

 

lekapote kashtam avutadi with the Iron tablets intake..constipation perigi Hemorroids ekkuva avutadi..

 

at the same time u cant avoid Iron tablets..

Dont worry man....

 

this is a new experience for both of you kada...

 

idhi tinaali adhi tinaali ani em ledhu...she can eat whatever she wants...just make sure when eating outside...specifically tell them no MSG's (chinese food lo ekkuva vestaru which is not good during pregnancy...if any doubts you can always call the nurse line and they will advise..

 

till the bump starts to show she can do any physical excercises unless instructed by the doctor....

 

7th 8th month lo parents or inlaws ni teppisthe better...higher floor apartments with too much stairs ayithey make plans to move to a lower floor or ground floor...too much steps not good during 8th month..

 

Register in websites like gerber, enfamil, similac etc..put in baby due date and you will get monthly emails of what to do and what not to do...

My wife is carrying second time now..Tips as below.

 

 

1)She can do her regular work depending on her comfort zone.

2)Prenatals + FOlic + Iron tablets must

3)Regular check ups with you gyne

4)Good Exercise 

 

First 3 months crucial.. First and alst trimesters are tough ..second is the easy one..No chapthi please..

You mean good exercise in the first 3 months trimester also?

name chudu...avi iron tablets..for baby brain growth...Fruits Eggs Milk and regular ga tine items anni....vedi chese stuff ekkuva quantities lo teskokunda undatam better....mental stress lekunda chusko me wife ki

This is her 5th week bayya....we just got this tablets from pregnancy healthcare. is this enough or we have to take more?

Ne physician ni oka obgyn ni refer cheyyamanu.. 3 months ani time limit Em ledu.. We started seeing doc from 1st month..

Mood swings will be there be supportive
Let her be as physical as her body permits, don't stop if she can do and don't push if she can't
Prenatal start cheyyandi.. Check prenatal vitamins with iron dha and folic acid and use them over the counter can be found in any departmental store
Eat a lot of fruits and keep hydrated
Pregnant ani ekkuva thinakarle she needs 300 more calories than her usual intake
Don't eat lot of sweets.. Eat fruits rather than juices which kinda have lots of sugars
Do no eat pineapple, papaya, sesame seeds and no msgs and no unpasteurized cheeses
APart from above no food restrictions she can eat whatever she feels like.. Cravings unte try to meet them
Mornings nausea is very common.. Mari ekkuva unte get something prescribed or motion sickness bands which light work

Mostly u need help after the baby comes.. And she needs emotional support if u can provide that well and good ledu ante India pampi.. If u can manage ekkade unchu bring back ur parents after the delivery and u should be able to do just fine.. I have seen ppl manage by themselves it just needs more effort from ur side as ur partner will need rest initially..
