massmaharaj Posted January 6, 2015 Author Report Posted January 6, 2015 7 ki oats with some curry and some water 7 to 4 office ( fruit salad generallly 3 small oragnes, apple, and grapes and carrot) and 3 litres of water 4to 5 gym ( only cardio like elliptical , cycling) around 500 calories night 4 to 5 chapties and some water total 4 litres of water 5 days ayithe pakka ee schedule
