Where is she staying in the US now..

 

If she is staying close to the cities which has direct international flights, then i would suggest you to go the airport and ask for help from fellow passengers on the same flight..

 

if that is not the case, then let someone accompany her to the city where she would be board the international flight and find some companion at the airport..
