Condo teesukovala or town home laga teesukovala ani researching... Condo ithe some times maintenance will be done by property owners. so manaki ekkuva problem undadhu. Also City lo near to offices, in down towns ithe, Condos renting is easy. individual ga 3-4 members ivachu or to a family. Town home ithe maintenance adi maname chusukovali... and some times gaps rakunda rent ki ivvadam kuda prob avvachu ani anukuntunna. but if u plan to live in it, then town home is better... live for 2-3 yrs in that... u will know nighbours and also any issues if any... and area idea untundi kabatti... after u give for rent... it will be bit easy.
