Urgent Help, Process To Convert From H1 To H4

Hi, 

We need urgent help to convert from h1 to h4. 

 

I work for X employer. And my wife works for Y employer. If she has to convert from H1 to H4, who should do that..? 

 

Should X do that..? Should Y do that ..? OR should we have to do that on our own...?

Tell X that you want to add a dependent... Let your wife resign with Y officially... take the exp letters and stuff from Y. Even if you dont... not a big deal...
