These western govts are encouraging Islamic radicals among muslims, by taking away free speech to criticize Islam.

 

encourage free speech, criticize Islam openly. Let the cockroaches come out in the open, then use baygon spray.

i don't think this willl be ever possible atleast one who follows islam..just my opinion.....atleast from my observation

 

I always wondered there are good and bad things everywhere...in every religion but what concerns me is that those good guys don't speak up or condemn the bad ones when somebody from their own religion commit any atrocities..but they are kind enough to come fwd and bash other  religions in the name of minority or even if there is a minute problem on their community

again this is something intresting i want to hear from u....how is that a democratic right...? when a country is formed with teh principle of free society does a law like sharia fit into it?

it fits perfectly into it.

free society means, groups are free to form their own little conclaves, or chose to be free of any associations.

now muslims are a close knit group, with a well defined law to govern their daily lives.

While I don't mind making fun of their laws, I respect their intention to follow them, until they themselves don't feel the need to.

Sharia law, anyway governs only civil rights in such western democracies, not criminal laws. Even in India, we have a variant of it called Muslim Personal Law, which is almost Sharia.

Muslims want this. And as long as it doesn't hurt others, why take away these small happinesses from them?

I don't accept the stupid argument of muslims being allowed 4 wives etc. Is a hindu girl so stupid to accept to marry a muslim under Muslim personal law, and forego all legal rights as a wife under common law?

If she doesn't have the brains and the clout with her fiance to get him to marry her under special law, then god save her.

There may be a few tinks needed in the special marriage law, but denying muslims sharia law is pointless.
