It is just used as a weapon of fear to bring down undesired governments in other countries and install their own puppets. For example take the 'stuxnet virus' planted by Israel and americans in Iranian nuclear program. It disabled the entire critical hardware and took them 20 yrs back. This was one of the worlds most sophisticated virus designed ever. War is just a business to make profits for many. They show terrorism and nuclear weapons as a threat and occupy many countries.

I think you understood wrongly. Vijaywada kanakadurga mukku puduka varaku water reach ayye context veru and that is for the destruction of the world. He mentioned about consumable water being a item that will be sold in future and there will be clashes for getting the resource as it gets scarce.
