its not legal in USA and also in India, may be meeru friends help complete ga teesukovali...because when you try to bet from US it will throw an error saying you cannot bet from thsi region (ip based) ...you can just see the results ......

anyway if anyone knows more details naaku kooda pass cheyyandi  cheers12w
