no man .. appudappudu bhadhakam tho cheyyaniu .. aleast 2-3 times week ki chesthaanu ..


nenu try chestanu but full concentration raadu ..

 naaku workout ayyindhi breath ni observe cheyytam ..idhi correct kaadu antaaru ,,but atleast peace of mind aithey untundhi ..

 

just gaali lopaliki vethunappudu bayataki vasthhunapudu ...lower throat lo sensations meedha concetrate cheyaali anthey ..padmaasanam best..

yup breath ni observe cheyadam danni Anapanasathi antaru , its one method

anduke vipassana cheymanannu…i went twice n stayed der for 10 days …maintained noble silence n was in meditation for 8 hrs per day
