vipassana chesavanko health anta set aypotadi  anta powerful….watever bp , sugar, emaina body lo problems inna anta set chesestadi

Yoga ante meditations I best aa ??

meditation kudaralante nuvu physical ga kuda fit ga undali

 

anduke intial ga physical postures veyistaru 

 

yoga or méditation rendu okate but manavallu yoga ante just physical exercise laga chesesaru

 

proper ga dhyanam kudarali ante satvika aharam tiskovali( vegetarian, no karam, less salt, velluli n onion skip cheydam cheyali)

 

alage physical exercisee kuda main

 

adi chesaka dhyanam cheste baga kudurtundi

under guidance of teacher nerchukuni cheste baguntundi

anduke vipassana cheymanannu…i went twice n stayed der for 10 days …maintained noble silence n was in meditation for 8 hrs per day

:-( Ayyo Nenu vegetarian ni . Inka ullipyaya garlic skip ante etla ? As slake protein led ani feel aithunde. Inka onion taste kooda pothe etla :-(?

u need proper teacher for that 

 

personally..ikda american meditation centers ki vellaku..valanta money kosame 

 

visit Vipassana man..10 days di chey

 

spend some time for learning 

 

it helps u life long

 

infact manam life lo cheyalsindi ade…..

 

wat ever we r doing now is nothing but created by society 

 

be yourself n relax

garlic is good for heart

 

but having more garlic and onions regularly makes you Tamasik (drowsy ..moddu laga)

 

adi food lo undadam valana meditation ani kurchuntav but u go into sleep

 

sleep n meditation r not same

1000 japalu = 1 sahasranamam toh samanam

 

laksha sahasranamalu= 1 yagnam  toh samanam

 

laksha yagnalu= 1 meditation toh samanam

 

laksha meditations= 1 layam ( layam evaru chestaru shivudu chestadu )

its totally free ..free food n accommodation

 

teacher will be there to guide
