start with short period of times..like just for a minute or so initially...slow ga pick avuthavu..nenu 1 year nundi trying hardly can go up to 6 or 7 mins now..

fellow anna :-( oka doubt, meditation cheyyaneeki kallu moosinaaka, oka light ni anukuntunna.

kaani masthu rakaal thoughts, divert chesthunnai, okasaari job, masala, people, past, future, itla chaala things. :-( aina focus ga etlundagalav? by practice ee naa?. ante ivanni normal e naa? :-(

intial ga alage vastay thoghts anni..nidraloki vellakunda nee concentration anta breath mido nuvu ankuntunna light( this is raja yoga, brahmakumaris vallu ide chestaru)  pettu …so veltav aa state ki
