The words “Red” and “Beach” usually don’t fit together in our minds, but if they do come together the result is striking. Red Beach in Panjin China is not exactly a beach you can go lie on to sunbathe, it is the largest and best preserved wetland in the world and thanks it redness to a special type of seaweed that is green when it starts growing in April, but in Autumn it turns from bright red to pink and purple, changing the entire wetland in one waving red beach. Popular by 266 special kinds of birds,  hundreds of other wild animals and countless tourists this drop of paint from mother nature’s palette is something to behold.
