SF lo condos appreciation ki koncham chance undi.. lot of influx especially south American communities etc . 270K single family konte.. appreciation less and also keep in mind 6% of seller's commission when you decide to sell...

You have to hire some one to take care of it + lot of maintenance + off time (no tenants) .. headaches. Condo's at least HOA takes care part of it (outside) + HOA might have a handy man for small repairs if you stay away also...
