Hi friends,

One of my friend recently finished his contract on Dec 31 from Emp A(Desi consulting). Meanwhile, he tried and got an FTE offer from Emp B, which is expected to start from Feb 1st week. Emp B has applied transfer with Dec 31 pay stub in January month. Emp A will not run Jan pay stub due to bench period.

Is there any problem for him due to bench period of 1month(Jan) now or in the future.....? Stamping already done...?
Any chances of RFE's...?

Please share ur experiences and thoughts....!

that should be smooth,..because they are already applying in jan and he is employed..so shouldnt be a problem unless fte employer does documentation properly

NOPE ...u can be on bench for 30days on H1
