no man, if a debt is 7 years pas collection, as per state rules they should not ask man... I knew this as one uncle left to india with 5crores and told he will come back after 7-8 years as he is citizen... this was in some 2007 - 2008

Ur credit history is not even remotely linked or related to ur visa stamping.Uscis don't give a $hit abt ur credit history or ur debts with the US banks .
