make urself busy man..na timings change away ipdu…10 ki sleeping and 4 to 5 madyalo legadam

1) don't think too much. Neevu cheyyavalisina pani level best chesi everything let it go mindset penchu ko.

2) don't eat fried food. Take 3-5 meals per day. Eat dinner early.

3)do exercise regularly and rigorously

Simple cardiac to extreme cardiac

4)don't use electronic gadgets while going to sleep

5) read the book before sleep

oka weekend chooskoni, full busy aipo dude start frm the morning, like shopping or long drive, work outs or  movie  or something to kill the whole day, initiki 8 kalla vocche laga plan chesko, ragaane tinesi padukundi pothav, ala oka two days try chei nee biological clock reset avthadi, importantly odd timings lo food avoid chei such as 8 ki padukoni, nidra raaka 10 ki edo okati tinnavanuko, dat digestion process ll awake you and your clocks gonna get disturbed again. atb

dont look Laptop or Handy 1 hr before you try to sleep...

 

 

Roju 3-4 varaku nidra pattatle bhayyas....picha frustration vachestondhi naaku ila nidra lekapoyesariki...i avoided aftrnoon sleep also..bt no change...ma friends antha padukunna 5 mins ke guraka pedthunnaru...im feeling jealous of dem...please edhanna suggestions ivvandi for good sleep ..!!!

early ga tini twaraga bed ekku sami...   edo movie run chestoo lights off chei... pakka vastadi nidra so give urself some time to sleep so 9 ki start chei.. 1 hr lo vachestadi
