They offered a place for my daughter in a school of our choice. P.S: Obviously with the sequence of events thats happening in Europe, they do not want me to go to any Court regarding racial abuse issue.

What happened actually was, in response to the complaint that I made earlier, the Hertfordshire Council sent me an appeal form for a hearing that will be heard by Education Dept. Judges (No. 4). The form was irrevlavant for me as the case is about 'Racial Abuse'. I filled-in the form formally and appointed a Legal Advisor for representing my case as I have many things to put forward and I feared that I may not be able to speak effectively. I have written a two page description of - something like representing the highly tolerant Hindu Society and some facts like 40% of Microsoft, NASA....Staff etc.... Just one letter from Legal Advisor - thats it, the Council cancelled the Hearing and immediately offered the place. That new school do not have any places left as we know from our Gujarathi neighbours whose children are attending the same school and class. Even though its good for me personally, the root of the problem is still left untouched and the question "How Long?" is not addressed by the Council. The Council is obviously scared even to face a situation where one of their schools failed miserably. I understand its British way of dealing an issue but it doesnt do any good to the future of the UK as you cant expect any change in Muslim Community there. I know those poor children (muslim gangs) will celebrate my daughter's exit from the school and their parents and Madrassas still teach hatred to their children.
