Sorry I did not undestand "you dont track kid ...".

If you mean that we are not tracking properly then I can say that my wife is doing it (being a home maker) and she does it well.

 

But if you mean that we ourself are creating problem by tracking child's personal things then.... I never did it. On that day when racial abuse incident happened (link to thread attached in first post) with tears in her eyes she asked me "Nanna why are some people not fair to me in the school?".

I think you have to watch your kid regularly... who he is assocaiting with in school ... with whom he is talking.... and what he is doing online....

 

causally you have to ask hows your school day. how are your friends and teachers... what they taught you etc... it should not be like enforcing on him.. else he will stop talking to you...

we have to protect kid from vultures..... untill he acheives... some maturity......

FINALLY, the Hertfordshire Council conceded its defeat.
