Please suggest Only Perm untey saripodhu... wait till u get Perm (6-8 months) and then apply I140 (1 month in premium)..appudu nuvvu transfer ithe to a new employer, u can retain the initial Perm date. anthe kaani ippudu tranfer iyyina or Perm approve iyyaka transfer iyyina...its same... u need to start from scratch again.

Antha kanna mundu ippudu change ayina date malli modati nunde avutundi. Nuvvu monnane labour apply chesthe thats ok to transfer to new employer if u get good pay n offer. Already labour apply chesi 6 months ala ayithe wait chesi next step I-140 ayyedaka undu. But I-140 number edo employer ivvakunte appudu kooda transfer avvadam kashtam because date will start again
