Full Time Offer With Genpact?

I am working under EVVC model as a contractor for X employer.....I have a vendor Y1 and a prime vendor Y2 above and then client. But the prime vendor y2-genpact comes to and says this contract is not working out for him in terms pay so he either asking to take full time with genpact or reduce my pay by asking my employer.....already naku ochede takva but my client does not have a problem with me and is always willing to extend my project.......but y2-genpact is saying they will either have to relieve me or i will have to take full time with them.....asalu naku bayanga undi genpact elanti company i know its desi company vaditho velthe biskit emo anipisthunde package and all asalu matladledu inka but not sure how shud i proceed.....april lo marriage undi koncham suggestions ivvande?
