Main reasons to layoff people when company wants to..

 

1) the perosn is not performing well..or not required..sicne a=other can handle his duties with some extra effort split in team

 

2) if that guy is being payed more (if a team lead can handle the project..manager will be chopped)

 

3) if a senior developer who is contributing same as a fresher...with less salray 30K difference atleast.

 

4) if that person has been working for long time..manchi package ichi vadiinchukuntar...
