Gopala Buyers In Sorry State

Of late, buyers have been facing big time problem as many big films haven’t done expected business at the box office. Films such as Rabhasa, Sikander, etc, have left buyers in a sorry state. Just when they were recovering from the shock, Lingaa released which was another box office disaster. 

However, once 2015 started, buyers were hopeful that the situation would change with the release of Gopala Gopala. 

Though the final figure will not be out for some time, Gopala Gopala has managed to make Rs 12 to Rs 13 crores till now.

On the other hand, the movie was sold for more than Rs 50 crores. Even if we take Rs 40 crore as the selling cost and add up the collections to Rs 20 crores on a rough estimate, the buyers will still have to recover Rs 20 crores. 

Unfortunately, they only have four more days to go to make that kind of money. After that, the excitement over the film will fizzle our. 

Buyers stand to lose anything from 25 per cent to 50 per cent.
