Already aa billing cycle ayipoyi bill vachinda bro? If not u can add international call feature to your line. 5$ per month Adi. Right now each minute ki 3.45$ padi untadi Neku. Aa plan add chesthe .34$ padutundi minute ki. Oka 2-3 months ayyaka aa plan remove chesey Nee phone ki.

Ya alrdy billed billing cycle aipoindi last date of payment is jan 26th ani vachindi kani naku oka messgae vachindi cl chesna two days ki u have called international cl and u vl b charged ani venatne nenu valaki cl chesanu but valu inka billig cycle lo update avaledu so i cannot see it once it is updated u can cal us ani cheparu

Customer care ki 4 times call chey...

So u will talk to 4 different persons...then request to reduce the bill...try to call as much as u can...to bring it down....:)

I got the same problem earlier ... Meru CC ki call chesi, I have called from a calling card but somehow the call got jumped to att network ani cheppu. I cannot pay this bill ani cheppu.

They will add the international package for last month and this month in next Bill cycle and your Bill will be reduced.

For ex I got a bill of 120+ dollars and after adding package it came down to 77 (usually I will pay 60 per month) .. Remaining amount will be added as credit for your account.

Intl package will be still added to your account. It is around 5dollars, call again next month and ask them to remove that.
