help me Were You Asked To Paint When You Left A Rented House?

obviously as the owner says it was given in pristine condition... but their roof (it is an annexe.. summer house) drips or rather leaks in a very gradual manner than the walls are left soaken or dampened and eventually leaving greenish fungal like deposits... which I did try to clean using wet tissue paper but it only made things worse...

Desi owner endi... bita nunchi makku galani tepichuko just cleaning ki 200 thoo ipotadi... that's should be good ... paint endi vaa never faced this situation. .
