nadi verizion fios connection. Last year april 2014 lo 75 mbps nunchi 150 mbps( Fios Quantam Internet) connection ki upgrade cheyincha. vadu k chesthunam u will get 150 anadu. as u know verizion lo vade router ani techi setup chestadu.

 

almost 4-5 times tech support tho remote lo tried and okasari technician came home babu speeds ravatledhu wifi lo mari darunam ga 30 koda ravatledhu sariga ani..

as now 450$ daka free ga katinchkunaru from last 8 months service naku raka poyina full disc taravtha 450$ istha antunaru but intha mosam chesi naku edho free ga money isthunat chepthunaru 450 isthunam ga ani na dagara service provie cheyakunda dobesi ..

small claims court or bbb accredation complaint or FCC complaiant or customer service tho finalize deal ???

Baa..go to BBB site. And fill the complaint form and submit. They will forward the complaint to relevant company (verizion) and ask for the response. Within 14 days response ivvaali ..ledhante..we are going to take legal action antaaru. Verizon vaadu respond avuthaadu. I did use it once. Lenovo meedha complaint vesa...respond ayyaru. Valla attorney (or some legal representative) call chesaadu. Nenu explain chesa..they responded. It was with some laptop. they sent the new laptop. Neeku correct ga unte..definite ga work avuthundhi.
