mee dhaggara 10K unte..  get Personal Loan or CC money /  401K plan loan   transfer.. Ala 40K downpayment chesi..

 

get  mortgage loan for remaining amout....   may be month ki 2000$ mortgage ki pay chesi... 500 Personal loan ki pay chesina.

 

you can spend 2500$ per month..  on monthly expenses

yes i am on h1 ,contract , not sure how long i will stay here .. and if we were not here atleast i need to get mortgage from rent , rest maintenance ~250 from our pocket is ok ..

 

now its not like that , everymonth we have to pay ~1000 from our pocket other  than rent ..

 

and prices are at peaks .. and from last 2 months interest rates are coming down ...

 

Now its ~3.65%

Bhayya, Naako doubt. ATL lo oka single family home(Existing(2000 built), not new) 350000 ki chusanu with finished basement. I liked the home. I am married with single income(5k per m). Naaku 2 doubts unnayi.

 

1. Min 450k petti new home konadam ante naaku risk la anipistundhi. Monthly EMI will be around 2500 + utilities. Too difficult to maintain with single income. So old homes kuda chusthunna and found this home. good school district and nice place for commute. My doubt is old home konadam valla emaina risks untaya. This home has new roof, new paints, new floor and mostly renovated. So what type of issues will I be having with this home. Also say after few years if I keep this for resale, will it be an issue because of the age of the home.

2. Its a mixed community here. mostly Americans with very few Indians. Nenu ekkuva alochistundhi ee reason okkate. Because of less desis, will we be feeling lonely ani. Particularly for kids.

Bayya , plan like this ..

 

for every 100K , you have to pay arround ~600$ every month (30 yrs) which includes mortgage+Insurance+HOA ,so you are saying house will be arround 300k

 

total monthly cost is going to be

 

1800+100(water)+200(electricity+gas)+100(security+internet) =2200

 

you have to pay every year property tax 1% of house value (it will change based on state and county).. for this you will get tax binifit so you can manage it  for tax credit..

 

if you are paying rent ~ 2000$ house buying house arround 300k is best option ..if you are a single you have to earn 2000 from rommates by rents ..

 

to buy this you need 5% down payment (which is not from other loans like BT from CC or personal loans etc)

3% for closing costs .. and 2 % for initial stuff buying ..

 

if you have  min 8% of your house value in hand and if you are able to get 90% of 1800+100(water)+200(electricity+gas)+100(security+internet) =2200, then buyying house is best option ..

 

and you ahve to check for leasing options also .. if you movee to other state , you should able to rent it .. for atleat 1800 and they will bare the utilities ..

 

if you want to stay alone in that big house its waste of money..

2--because of mixed community , value of house will increase as there will be movement like selling and buying as Americans don't want to stick in crowdy places ..once the place is getting crowd , they will move to out cuts,because they always look for privacy..disadvantage is indians wont prefer these communities , because we cant do anything illegal in our back yard also .. like planting our indian veggies etc..americans will feel our veggies are more alergitic..

H1 e raaja. H1 start ayyi 4 months avuthundi anthe. Not married yet. and doing contract in same proj from 3 yrs  $s@d

Very nice. Ee time lo ne 3 bed condo or house teesukuni other 2 rooms rent ki ivvu. You build equity that way quickly and will not feel the burden of mortgage payments. When you get to a point of getting married you can occupy the entire place for yourself.
