closing cost min3%, some builders (realtor) will give you 1% back but that is back door ..

based on my research and close friend brought house recently .. we should have min 10% in savings ..atleast 8% 

 

otherwise you will be in trouble with in a month or 2 ..

yes in many cases.... konchem chillar vi kakunda decent apts lo unte...apt rent lo you get gym, pool, tennis courts and club houses.... ivi kakunda maintenance will be handled by the management plus no HOA, no taxes and very low insurance costs..... no mortagage insurance and no mortgage interests either.... on top if u will have lots of flexibility to move to a different location if needed.....

as I said, unless oka place lo 100% settle avthamu for the next 6-8 yrs ante thappa I dont think buying a house is beneficial..... antha kanna thakkuva years unte house buying can actually be a loss venture especially if you buy in a rising market.....
