He's right for the wrong reasons, and wrong for the right reasons.

his reason for pushing two kids is wrong. His reasoning should've been the possibility of losing political clout in national politics. For now, its safe or even advantageous in national politics for states that have lower fertility rates. But that's probably not going to last, given the huge difference in fertility rates between the north and the south.

when it does change, AP/TN/Kerala will have very less say in national politics, by way of number of MPs. So he's right for calling to have two kids. Atleast as long as AP wants to stay within India.

And for the right reason - good quality of life in AP, he's wrong in asking to have 2 kids. He tries to invoke something about importance of 'youth' in economy. Its all huge bunch of BS.

Its better to aim for quality than quantity. Better to attract talented people from across the country, world, than to make more kids (most of whom will be useless anyway).

And for this to happen, CBN should go and say what he said today, to a$$holes in delhi. That if they don't take steps to reduce the fertility rates for Bihar/UP, wait for a movement for a separate country by TN/AP/Kerala. India doesn't deserve us.

agree with quality part but i guess he is talking about maintaining the 5 crore population. young work force thaggipoyina problem ey kadha bro. having too many of old people antey automatic ga productivity thaggipodhi ga with a consensus of older people are less productive.
