A Total Of 2,96,466 Farmers Have Committed Suicide In India

The entire world is mourning the 3 plane crashes in 2014. Imagine what would happen if 30 such plane crashes happen every year. Unfortunately, that is the sad reality of Indian Farmers. In the last 19 years (1995-2013), a total of 2,96,466 farmers have committed suicide which is like 600 plane crashes.

What should the government do to help the farmer and thereby the country? Kindly share your views.
