meeru tax deductions ki standard deductions choose chestara leka itemised deductions aa ?

 

if itemised aithey what comes into it that we can put into it ?  i am just paying my rent, car loan and family health insurance ..can we put these

 

anywhere and will it make any difference ? pls suggest ....thanks
