Problem is 2 yrs back all teams were not so strong, at that time Raina Jadeja lanti vallu strong ga undevaru..ippudu anni teams solid ga unnayi, manollu aa ageing team ni pattukoni veladtunnaru.. simply speaking our standards are poor by keeping on selecting Dhawan, Jadeja ,Raina etc.

1. Aa Sanjay Bangar noo... Ganguly noooo coach ga pettukoni long term plans pettukoni team ni built cheste best....

 

2. Test players, ODI players & T20 players separate undali... For Ex. Test players - Vijay, Pujara, etc ODI - Rohit, Raina, Jadeja, etc

 

3. Rotation policy is very important... even if players are performing give them rest and test the bench strength... Dhoni is a worst in this category... Rahane has to sit for 17 games on bench before getting a chance, same with Manoj Tiwary, Rayudu..etc...

 

4. Provide bowler friendly pitches and encourage bowlers from early ages... if they give flat pitches... youngsters will be interested in batting only....

 

5. We have a very good bunch of youngsters... Samson, Aparjith, Akshar, Lokesh Rahul, Juneja, Mandeep Singh etc... Keep them under the guidance of some one like Dravid, Laxman, Zaheer...

That's all fine, I mean ageing part, as long as we also add variety and unpredictability to the mix. But again, with the amount of IPL matches and more number of Indian players playing in that, everything gets open to the world. So on so forth, IPL sucks in many aspects, Kill IPL for gazillion reasons.

I think the solution is, if killing IPL is not possible, at least they should put an auction cap (very less $) on the players who are not representing Indian cricket team at point of time, Only give more bucks to players representing Indian team.
That will improve competition to get selected to national team, maintain their fitness right, attitude as a team...and last not but least, Integrity as Indian team.

NO Experience in squad... Except Kholi and Dhoni.. aa Raina gadu eppudu adutado vadikey teliyali.. Selectors kuda emi chestaru when seniours are not playing good in Ranji games..
