1. Aa Sanjay Bangar noo... Ganguly noooo coach ga pettukoni long term plans pettukoni team ni built cheste best....

2. Test players, ODI players & T20 players separate undali... For Ex. Test players - Vijay, Pujara, etc ODI - Rohit, Raina, Jadeja, etc

3. Rotation policy is very important... even if players are performing give them rest and test the bench strength... Dhoni is a worst in this category... Rahane has to sit for 17 games on bench before getting a chance, same with Manoj Tiwary, Rayudu..etc...

4. Provide bowler friendly pitches and encourage bowlers from early ages... if they give flat pitches... youngsters will be interested in batting only....

5. We have a very good bunch of youngsters... Samson, Aparjith, Akshar, Lokesh Rahul, Juneja, Mandeep Singh etc... Keep them under the guidance of some one like Dravid, Laxman, Zaheer...

we should make sure big players get less time to play in IPL

That's true on warner and co above, that also tells only foriegn players gets benefited from IPL, coz they learn new subcontinent conditions to transform in to a complete player.

Where as in case of Indians, they already know conditions and they are tigers on home soil, that gives them a false claim/euphoria that they are tigers everywhere and they don't need to sharpen their skills any more...which is LOL.

Having said that, solution #2, if killing IPL is not possible, always host it outside of India

ivanni jarige panulu kaavu... there is a good section of people who opposed IPL like me from the beginning.... but the number of IPL nuthuggers is overwhelming.... revenue vasthunnantha kaalam IPL ni aape prasakthe ledhu..... moreover T20 will be mainstream cricket in the future... test cricket will die completely....
