Site lo kinda points ardam kaa ledhu.. i looked in online form and order form..endhulonnu point no 7 to 29 anne ledhu,

what are they referring to ??

Specimen signature ante applicant signature eee kada

• Note: 
  

  1 Please fill up manually with black or blue pen from point No 7 to 29
  2 Specimen signature on the box to be signed by client on the first page and if it is minor applicant can write their name or thumb impression
  3 Point No 26 same as specimen signature(Client Signature)
  4 Point No 29 both box signed by client.

   (naa case lo ee rendu unnaye...should i notarise both ?? )
    
3. Total eene photos kavaleee

how long has applicant continuously resided abroad ? (in between india vists count cheyalla ? ) 2007 lo vacha in between india ke 3 times vella ..
