Question? Gc Labor Random Audit - Chances Of Approval.

Ma employer na GC labor sept 2013 lo file chesadu, april 2014 to random audit paindhi.

 

Audit question: need a letter from employee(myself) stating that his employer is paying the fee for the process but not the employee and to get notary.

 

We did that and sent it back to them.

 

As of now june 2013 lo apply chesi audit padina applications process chesthunnaru, na application pick avvataniki inlo 3 to 4 months paduthundhi.

 

So what are the chances of it getting approval?

 

Any body had the same situation and got approved?

if ur employer provided substantial proof then it can get approved easily

It will be approved but you have to wait atleast one year from audit date to know that...

unfortunately 6 months wait chesaka  malli audit padindhi .

 

general ga audit padithe people suggest to file couple of perms from different employees but cost factor adhi
