daily 360 minutes in Gym

run on thread mill 10 miles in morning and 10 miles in evening with 7mph pace
300 push ups in morning, another 300 in evening
100 pull ups in morning , another 100 in evening
swimming 1 hour in morning, 1 hour in evening
no rice no vegetables only water and quarter in the nights

u getted 6 fack abs thats it
