A 14 year old boy of Nellore asked his parents for Rs 600 to pay the entry fee to participate in a sports event at his school. The parents refused and imagine what the boy did next? He took the mobile phone of an acquaintance, called up his dad, changed his voice and spoke in the voice of a kidnapper saying, “We have kidnapped your son. Pay Rs 600 or else you will never see him again”. Understandably, the panicked parent approached the cops who immediately sprang into action. However, before anything else could happen, the boy returned home of his own accord and confessed everything to the police. But the alarming thing that was revealed by the police was that the boy was completely addicted to online crime and horror movies and that he could have got the idea for his ‘adventure’ from them. This incident once again emphasizes how important it is for parents to keep a check on the online activities of their children. Ignoring this crucial aspect of their lives can so easily lead to irreparable consequences.  - See more at: http://www.greatandhra.com/politics/political-news/need-to-monitor-kids-63247.html#sthash.EfPYLqOc.dpuf
